This week’s ‘Director’s Choice’ video on UK Naked Men is one of my all-time favourites. “What’s In Sherlock?’ features the late great Nathan Price and (doctor) Hayden Kane in a costume comedy that’s also a very hot, very passionate scene with a gloriously filthy and very messy end!
This scene had been brewing for a while; we had the set, the costumes and the punchline (it’s lemon entry, my dear Watson!) we just had to find our perfect pairing. Nathan Price was one of my favourite performers at the time and had lots of presence, that was the easy choice. I knew Hayden Kane’s cultured voice, coupled with his superb comic delivery and filthy appetites would be perfect in the role of Doctor Watson, but we had to wait months for him. It finally happened and was worth the wait. Cue theatrical lighting, a few comic lines, then some of the best sex we’ve filmed. A classic.
About a year later, I was in London’s biggest gay retail store Prowler
where several screens play DVDs on a loop. One screen showed a twink being barebacked and fisted, another screen had a leather group playing on a sling and on the largest screen, there was Nathan Price, holding a huge magnifying glass, inspecting a lemon. The other customers looked a bit confused!
